Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprise charges.

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed automatically when your label is created.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at christmaskandy15@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll open a carrier trace and make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible:

The item is unworn and unwashed
Original tags are still attached
It's returned in its original packaging where possible

Final sale items are marked clearly on the product page and can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email christmaskandy15@gmail.com with your order number and which item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.

Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is our error.

Exchanges

For the quickest turnaround, return the original item for a refund and place a new order in the size or color you want. This avoids waiting on inbound transit before we can ship your replacement.
